Who we are

Agentmark is a website service based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This policy explains what we collect through Agentmark websites and forms, and how we use it. Questions: use our contact form.

What we collect

Information you send us, such as your name, email, phone, business details, licensing information, files you upload and the content of your messages.
Basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and, where enabled, analytics.
Onboarding progress, which our Get Started form saves only in your own browser so you can return later. It is not sent to us until you submit.

How we use it

To reply to you and provide the services you request.
To build, host and maintain your website.
To send invoices, reports and service messages.
To improve our website and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, email, payment and analytics providers, and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your clients’ information

Forms on websites we manage for agents deliver submissions to that agent. The agent is responsible for how they use their clients’ information. We handle that data only to operate the website.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, but no method of transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information through our contact form. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
